Happy St. Patrick's Day

I hope everyone had a fun St Patty's Day this passed Saturday! I created themed cupcakes, vanilla & chocolate, for the occasion with cream cheese frosting. yums.

One decorated with Lucky Charms marshmallows (yes i digged through an entire box for these), another with a green star shaped sucker and then plain with just sugar sprinkles. These definitely aren't as festive as i would have liked them to be, but every store i went to no longer had any St. Patty's Day themed stuff that could be used as edible toppers. But the lucky charms were still a fun idea!

  

The Tuesday Crew

This passed Tuesday I had a late lunch with the Tuesday Crew from previous internship. And as luck would have it, someone's birthday was the day before. Perfect opportunity to pull out the muffin pan!! So in honor of Sunshine (the bday girl) I made lemon cupcakes with a graham cracker crust and raspberry garnish. And the infamous Oreo cupcakes as well. Yums :)

Another friend lucked out with the excess & scored half a dozen himself!
